3 ★7 app crashes in two days and 5 just today. Submitting my VIN, odometer reading and now engine time, really? every time I submit a certification? This is exhausting

1 ★Recently, it this app will randomly log me out and ask me to verify the account. Even while I'm driving! Now when I try to log in I keep getting a "our system was unable to handle your request" error. I can't log in at all.

1 ★Your latest update just deleted my entire last week of driving. But leftthe dvir, so i cant lie and say i was on vacation. Thanks

1 ★Horrible set up. Every update messes up something else.

3 ★Works fine for my needs but annoyingly keeps running in the background allthe time. If I don't log out when I'm off duty, it constantly pings away metelling me to reconnect with the transponder. And even when I do log out,it's still running, using up memory, slowing down my phone, and (for someunknown reason) causes my music/audiobook apps to skip like a scratched CD(I have tested this and have concluded that it is due to the ZED apprunning, just don't know why).

1 ★Horrible. It tells me to verify my account by putting in my user info. I dobut get a message the server couldn't process my request. So every time Iwant to login, I have to uninstall then reinstall.

1 ★Used this system since Dec '17 and the app worked perfectly fine. Eversince the May update, it has been awful. It does not store headers, howeverI have not had this issue at first. If I log out, it automatically erasesthe headers. I even changed from an S6 to the newest S9 thinking that maybe the issue, but the same thing occurs. I would give it a 5 star if thiswasn't the case. It is easy to use and it has a very nice interface. Ireally do like it, but this issue I'm having is just not acceptable.

3 ★This app always has worked great until the last few updates and now italways logs me out all the time at least 3-4 times a day, gets irritatinghaving to always log back in, just not sure how to explain to a DOT officerin an inspection.
