Please note: A data connection is required in order to use this app. This app requires a Bluetooth connection to the Verizon Connect Reveal hardware installed in each vehicle. It sends HOS data from your mobile device back to the Reveal system when connected to Wi-Fi, a personal hotspot or over a cellular data connection.

1 ★I have had to completely replace the entire system twice. Instead of asking for the old system back they say "throw it away". Which goes a long way in explaining what Verizon thinks of their own system. I do like some of their advice, as "just pull off the road" when you are on a two lane road, or to "put it into inspection" before going through a scale so they law enforcement can't see the big VIOLATION error on your screen. But the all time best was an unassigned mileage of 288 miles in less than 2 minutes of driving. They really need a zero or even less than zero rating.
1 ★Terrible app. We were sold a product that is not even supported for our entire contract. When that app quit working it took two weeks to find someone capable of explaining and fixing the problem. We have paid for a product for over a year that was useless and does not make us ELD compliant. The video tutorials online are extremely confusing and gave incorrect information the first time I took them. I was told on multiple occasions that the problem was being reported and someone capable of helping me would be in contact by the end of the day, but no one ever called me back. I would absolutely recommend that you never get this product since most of the support team is not capable of helping you. I did get a response to my first review asking that I call them to discuss my issues. I am not interested in calling them because I did that for two straight weeks and no one cared about my complaints when I had them on the phone.
1 ★Very poor app. Customer service even admitted to me that the app was tossed together and not tested before it was launched. Very glitchy and the default team refuses to fix the problems. Constantly overrides the driver when if comes to changing duty status (forces you onto on-duty when you stop driving and forces you to wait several minutes before allowing you to select off-duty or sleeper-berth). Extremely difficult to read the screen during the day due to the dark blue on black color scheme (tech support insists it's a brightness setting issue, it doesn't matter how bright it is dry during the day I can barely read it). Tactile response is very slow to non existent, constantly have to mash the screen to get any response from the app. Editing duty status is cumbersome and difficult on a good day. Development team does not address any issues you bring up and reach update adds new problems. If I wasn't forced to use this app by my company, I would never use it.
5 ★App seems to work like it should, some of the complaints I see is due to lack of knowledge of how to log with a electronic log. The bugs seem to be worked out. Not sure on the office part but for the driver part it works great. The problem our drivers have is that we went with cheap tablets and they are slow. We have the Samsung tab E. We hit a button and then wait for it to react. I have used it on a Tab A and it was fast with no wait time. Also I use it on my Galaxy S9+ and it is fast.
1 ★the app is horrible, makes you go on duty before allowing you to go off duty. takes way to long to go from driving mode to any other mode. does not show you how many hours you gain back after midnight/ recap hours. makes you go through a mark off list that isn't needed for inspection. kicked you in to driving mode even if your only rolling forward a few feet. shall I go on the system is horrible. All the updates they keep doing just seem to make it worse.....
1 ★The app sucks! It's easy to tell that none of the developers have ever driven a truck nor filled out a log book before! The split break doesn't work most of the time and the app steals the drivers hours when they take a mandatory break or go off duty! And the people who answer the phones make up new laws that don't even exist, but they seem convinced they do! I've been an active driver for 39 years now, and this mess is the worst I've ever seen! I'm Ed Jenkins, Frank quit a year ago!
1 ★app constantly disconnects from the truck. did not used to do this. also this app remove me from driveline and puts me on line 4 while I am driving. I bought a brand new Verizon tablet last month and it is the same garbage as ever. I called customer service about 3 weeks ago and they promised that someone would call me within 2 days I have never heard a word. I cannot wait until this contract is up so we can move on to something different. no big deal...just a fine by the DOT if I get busted driv
1 ★Worst application ever, full of glitches front to back, and *if* Verizon has anything to say about your problems they expect you to put in as much work as they do, even though you pay them bookoos of money for this app... It's not hard to make a good running app guys!!! I am a level 7 Google Maps tour guide and it runs flawlessly 99.9% of the time....and G-Maps is a much larger (GLOBAL) app than this POS yall have come up with.
1 ★Almost every other day we constantly have to do several reboots for everything to connect and work as one and it's the same problem every time no vehicle found get closer to the vehicle well we're in the vehicle no location found enter your location this is taking up a lot of time and causes delivery delays as well as pick-ups like today and my problem is still not resolved because I'm not able to use the device and is on a paper log. Hmm, what shall I do now? Oh, I know wait 24 hours! Ugh!
1 ★This app is not good you stop at 9 am and it tell you that you stop at 7am when is not true.gps doesn't give you the right location. But how is that with my rand mcnallan I do have the right location.whoever that did put this app needs to go on the road.so can can see what we got thru every day. Sometimes you already sleep your ten hours and it give only 5 to 6 hours of drive .when you just did restart your day .honestly I hope that they remove the eld .they should make the one that came with that idea .to put one in his car to see how he like it. And is not just this but all. They are junk.
1 ★Its terrible with minor potential. developers have never driven a truck and this app may force violations. Not get you compliant. I cant use it on my brand new windows tablet and they cant tell me how to fix it. you cant go into personal mode even if you are out of hours to drive and need to go get food or grocery supplies. all you can do is edit it later as if the DOT cares what you will do in the future. Its a guaranteed violation driving out of hours. its forbidden to have personal time! Editing takes time, only one line at a time and only by corporate and it still cant be edited in the app after approval. if I was a company driver, I might quit over this hassle. you cannot select driving mode even if there is a unit malfunction. and, you cannot edit to driving afterwords either as if its forbidden to report stress sensitive functions. when it does work, it puts you in driving mode after 5MPH that cannot be changed even though all parking lot speed limits are 10 to 15 mph. this will kill all your driving time if you don't catch it and go back in corporate again to edit it. omg! if things are fixed soon, ill give them a chance. otherwise, ill go to keep truckin'. im over it.
1 ★Just plan old garbage. Sure there is better apps out there. But this one is cheap and probably free. So you get what you get. Need to remove this app or go back to what they had. Which was easy and simple. Now it likes to forget things and either boot you back on duty or driving in the middle of the night.
