Description
With the mobile-based Aerobahn Airport Surface Viewer (ASV) by Saab, you add mobility to the situational awareness tool suite that you have come to expect from your Aerobahn service. Specifically, ASV offers these tools:• Map Display
• Departure List
• Arrival List
• Flight Search
Map Display
Shows the airport map with aircraft and vehicles that are currently under surveillance or parked. Standard gestures make ASV as familiar as your other apps, and you will zoom in and out on the map, and select targets easily.
Departure List
To make your job easier, departures are listed in order of their ATOT, then EDCT, then ETOT, and finally STOT. Entries show these data fields at a minimum:
• Flight ID
• Registration
• Scheduled / Estimated / Actual TOBT
• Gate
• Departure Airport
• Aircraft Type
• Scheduled / Estimated / Actual TOT or EDCT
In addition, the Departure List shows the Departure Procedure, if available, for a selected flight. If the Departure Procedure is not available, ASV shows the First Fix for a selected flight.
Data changes are highlighted to keep you up to date.
Arrival List
ASV tells you who is coming in. Flights are prioritized in order of ALDT first, then by ELDT if available, and finally by SLDT. Entries show these data fields at a minimum:
• Flight ID
• Registration
• Scheduled / Estimated / Actual LDT
• Gate
• Origination Airport
• Aircraft Type
• Scheduled / Estimated / Actual IBT
In addition, the Arrival List for a selected flight shows the Arrival Procedure, if available. If the Arrival Procedure is not available, ASV shows the Last Fix.
Data changes are highlighted to keep you up to date.
Flight Search
A robust search tool helps you locate flights in Map Display, the Departure List, and the Arrival List. A flight or vehicle that you select in the search tool is highlighted in other tools. In Map Display, the app “follows” the selected target, centering it in Map Display.
