Description
The Aerobahn HKIA TOBT Manager lets airport and airline personnel at Hong Kong International Airport change the Target Off Block Time (TOBT) for a flight from a mobile device.After you log in, the TOBT Manager offers a search tool. When you enter some or all of the characters in the Flight ID (ICAO or IATA format), the TOBT Manager shows a list of flights. You select the flight that should get the new TOBT.
Next, you change the TOBT, and the TOBT Manager app sends an update to the server, which changes the time in the Aerobahn system. If the flight had a Preliminary Off Block Time (POBT), the POBT changes to a TOBT.
Please note: This app is designed for use only at Hong Kong International Airport.
