1 ★Trying out for first time since I need to do a hard reset. Seems a bit slow in back up process. Especially for photos (after 10 minutes, only 40 of 154 photos copied - that is very slow. A backup shouldn't take 30 minutes or longer with 29 contacts, 127 sms/mms, and 154 photos). Can't say about other media as I've not selected it. Also, I can't tell if the app upgraded to the "premium" version or not as I don't see anything to indicate it has. And, yes, my phone is connected to the internet. I'll adjust the STARS up or down according to results of restore. I don't have time to wait the estimated 30 more minutes to do a backup. I have to try a different app. This app is a FAIL for lack of speed. Can't imagine how long it would take if I had 50 contacts, a thousand sms/mms, and hundreds of photos. Not to mention music if I was also backing that up.
1 ★Used this to back up my messages, said it had 400 messages backed up but after trying with two separate programs only restored 20, caused me major problems!
5 ★I have backed up and restored successfully a couple of times with this. The interface is simple, clean, intuitive and easy to use. The backing up process itself is rather slow, but hey, it works and is free. Seems like a pretty minimal endorsement, but that's more than I can say about the Helium backup app (which doesn't work and is not free). Not sure if the slowness may be due to the destination being Dropbox?
1 ★I downloaded the free version of the app to try it before i go for the upgrade. To my worst surprise, the app was stuck on the home page prompting me to upgrade. My question is y on earth make a free version if u will still force me to pay for the upgrade, please get your story straight and stop playing games!!!
5 ★I like the app but I can't open it without it saying I need to upgrade. I have used this app twice and it has always worked like a charm. I am a bit disgruntled that it conked out on me now. I know that 3FramesLabs is an amazing company and that they can fix my problem. Thank you for this wonderful app.
2 ★App has made a backup to my Dropbox which is the main thing, but after nearly a year of use I've yet to get the schedules to work. I ALWAYS have to make the backup manually.
1 ★App crashes when I try to change media to Google Drive where my backup data, which it had no.oroblrm writing, resides. Need to restore but app crashes when I try. Completly useless. What adds insult to injury is that I had to repay the $2.99 for the Premium version to restore and couldn't!

1 ★Backed up photos and when restored they were all blurry. When i switched phones from Xperia z to s5, the back up does not work and keeps giving me restore error
