2 ★It is so difficult to log into your account that I ended up buying a second security key and still can't log in. Strangely I only see my old installations on the console but my PC is actually running now with the new security code. On-line I keep getting asked to enter two digits from my pass code but half the time it won't accept the correct answer. The program is great when you can actually set it up. I can't get in on my cell phone or second PC in spite of buying access for five devices, twice... Needs some serious fixing!
2 ★Webroot installed fine on my laptop but I cannot get it to fully install on my Android. When i try to activate it I'm told that the key code is not a valid Webroot code.
1 ★Even after chatting with a webroot Rep online, could not install on my tablet. Spent over an he with this aggravation. DO NOTt recommend for Android devices.
5 ★I have successfully logged in now. Thank you for the customer support. I was using my pin code instead of key code. I was able to install "complete security" software using the free app with the keycode. Thanks Zachary, who helped me with this issue.
1 ★The 20 digit key code works fine on my laptop. However my Android application is asking for a 32 digit code which I have not been given so therefore I cannot log into it on my Android. Can't really say that I hate it all I can say is I can't use it
5 ★Have successfully put Security Complete on Desktop, Notebook Android Tablet and Android Phone. Several tries to get on phone before it accepted my product Keycode but otherwise finding it very user friendly.
