DISCONTINUED:
As I no longer have the LG V20, I can't properly develop this app. The source is available on GitHub and linked below, if anyone wants to fork and improve it.

Ever wish that LG had given the V10/V20 more widgets in the second screen? Well, wish no more! BoredSigns adds many more widgets to your SignBoard (get it? SignBoard --> BoredSigns?), ones you may need and ones you may not.

The best part about BoredSigns? It doesn't need root! That's right; you can get some brand new widgets on your completely Stock V10 or V20. In the future, ADB may be necessary for certain widgets, but right now, you don't need your computer at all.

You can even select which widgets will appear in the AOD!
There are, however, a few problems with this.
1. The AOD only updates about once every three minutes
2. The AOD will scroll back to the default screen automatically after a while. This can only be changed with root.

Fix for Oreo
This update will have a persistent notification for every widget running. There's nothing I can do about that, but you can hide them by holding down on them and turning them off.

How to install (DISCONTINUED: READ DESCRIPTION) BoredSigns APK on Android phone or tablet?

Download (DISCONTINUED: READ DESCRIPTION) BoredSigns APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:

Update Phone Settings

Go to your phone Settings page
Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
Check the Unknown Sources box
Confirm with OK

Go to Downloads

Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

5 ★Great app! Still, on AOD it shows the default time when the phone sleeps, needs to scroll to see the information screen. Cannot change this behaviour without root. Blinking notification simulated icon leds maybe? :)
