От редактора.Я рад представить Вам кулинарный интернет журнал лучших рецептов. Основная тема этого выпуска - Летние салаты. Пришла пора свежих овощей, фруктов и ягод, они полны витаминами и микроэлементами. Грунтовые огурцы и помидоры, перец, лук и капуста значительно вкуснее тепличных, что позволяет делать великолепные, насыщенные и очень богатые салаты. В ходе подготовки этого номера, мы придумали один интересный ход. Если использовать в одном салате овощи нескольких сортов, все блюдо заиграет разными нотами, поскольку плотность, текстура и насыщенность у тех же томатов, например, очень отличаются от сорта к сорту. Летние салаты незаменимы на пикниках. Шашлык, часто из свинины, это белки и жир, сбалансировать вкус и добавить в рацион клетчатку помогут именно салаты. Готовить их следует дома, но смешивать и заправлять лучше уже на природе.
Кроме салатов, мы постарались провести общую линию сезонной легкой кухни и собрать в этом номере рецепты блюд и закусок, которые могут понравиться в жару.
Десерты, в основном, ягодные будут хорошим финалом обеда или ужина.
