Download Authenticator Plus APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:

2 ★V3.8.8 apparently can't backup to Google any more. Removing 2 stars. Needs an update! V3.8.8 reviewed. Started to use this after a phone died and I lost my Google Authenticator data. Needed a solution that had backup. Nice interface. Let's you create groups/tags and arrange your codes. Input is either manual or snapping the QR code. I think there is a cosmetic bug in grouping that I hit but can't recall. Will assign an image to your code for some of the major organizations. There is no way to add pictures if your organization isn't one of the preconfigured - those earn a green Android robot. When you have a list of codes, there is a countdown clock on the right. If codes have non-standard durations, this sort of makes sense. Otherwise, they are all synced and moving at the same time. The way the numbers scroll at the interval change is pretty neat to watch.
2 ★I have this error authenticator requires one or more google play services that are not currently avaialabe
1 ★Bought the app, installed, tried to setup Google backup, got an error that it required unavailable Google play services. Tried to find answers online, couldn't, tried to sign up for support on the website, it said I did, but it never sent me a password and on trying to reset to get one it said I wasn't authorized to use the site. Can't get support, can't use backup, no help on the support site. Clearly a broken app and support system. At least I was able to get a refund.
1 ★Used to be great. No longer works as intended. Issues syncing with Google. The app has been abandoned. Do not install.
5 ★The ability to create my own backups of codes and sync between devices is great and works exactly as advertised. Very happy with this app and highly recommend for someone looking for a little more than the basic functionality found in other free apps.
2 ★DRIVE_RATE_LIMIT_EXCEEDED error with GDrive, on Android 10. App crashes.
2 ★This app unable to let me sync using Google Drive, it says my device does not have Google Play Services (I did have that installed) and request me to contact developer. The disappointment comes from the issue found at landing page and it defeats the purpose of this app if it cannot allow me to backup my code.
5 ★Fantastic! If you do a lot of 2fa, you need this. Backup and restore is a life saver. You can easily transfer everything to a new phone, or multiple phones. Really nice to have organization with categories. Keeps your codes secure as well.
2 ★Used to be great. Developer abandoned it now. This used to be my go-to for cloud-backed OTP safekeeping. But it is not entirely bug free. Developer used to be active but this year no longer response to issue reports.
4 ★Awesome authenticator with lots of customization and wearos support. I wish the wearos app would've ambient support since the screen dims quite quickly and resets the position to the top of the list which is a pain if you have a lot of codes.
4 ★To everyone who is having the error of one or more Google play services. I had to install google drive download my file. Then sign in with dropbox upload the file and it works. Bit long winded but it's something to do with google drive.
1 ★Can't install the app on a second device. I installed it on my Chromebook and wanted to sync to my phone. but when I tried to install it on my phone I got an error stating that I already own this product. Tried to get a refund but another error message. Can't refund not our policy.... Un-installed and wrote off $2.99.
