Voor alle beginnende koks, studenten, gezelligheids- dieren of luilakken die graag lekker eten...Mijn liefde voor koken ontstond al heel vroeg. Er was weinig te koop, de oorlog was voorbij en iedereen had geleerd van weinig iets lekkers te maken. Van restjes werd iets nieuws bij elkaar gekookt , met een beetje water of melk werd het een lekkere soep.
Ik heb het talent ontwikkeld, met weinig moeite snel iets lekkers op tafel te toveren. De recepten zijn kort beschreven, omdat het echt zo is, dat je alles in elkaar kunt mikken. De juiste ingrediënten, en het lukt altijd!
Koken moet leuk zijn, geen stress met wegen en meten. Daarom zijn de hoeveelheden
altijd ongeveer, exacte maten zijn niet zo belangrijk.
Voor iedereen die lekker wil eten, met verse ingrediënten wil koken en tegelijkertijd niet te veel tijd eraan kwijt wil zijn, heb ik Mimi's Kookboek geschreven.
