Description

CC Tracker is a workout-logger app for Convict Conditioning and is intended to be used in conjunction with Paul Wade's book.

Now with export/import feature, workout schedule, and between set rest timer!

If you are into Bodyweight workout using CC, this is THE Convict Conditioning App for you!

Features:
* Log your progress in each of the Big 6 workouts (Pushups, Squat, Pullups, Legraise, Bridge, and Handstand Pushups)

* Uses customizable audio feedback for timing your reps (up/down and pause times) for each of the Big 6.
Helps you keep for example that 2s-1s-2s timing suggested by Paul for Pushups.

* Schedule your workouts, so you always know what exercises are due.

* Check your progress on all 6 workouts on the start screen.

* Use between set rest timer to keep your workouts consistent.

* Export your workouts. Now you can graph your progress in Excel.

* Import workouts. To import keep the file content structure the same as when you export. The exercise names can be anything, as they will be replaced with the ones from the book.

If you want to test the app before purchase, there is also a trial version with limited workout logging. You can now import data from the trial app, so you can seamlessly switch between trial and full version. Just export in the trial version and import in the full version.

Thanks for all the user suggestions. You help making this the best Convict Conditioning app available for Android.

Permissions:
Wake Lock: Is only used while the timer is running to prevent screenlock. Not used otherwise. And if you turn off the timer it is not used at all.
Write to external Storage: For export feature.

Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

User's Reivew

2 ★This app seriously needs the ability to edit or delete individual logged entries. We are humans and sometimes mistype. Once you save an incorrect entry there is no way to edit or delete it. Other than that this is an OK app. Not great but does its job.
4 ★Easy to use and straight forward. Makes it easy to track workouts. Had some problems with figuring out some parts like how to delete or edit a previous entry. It would be nice to just click on the entry to do this.
4 ★Standout app for rep timers, workout logs, and easy access progression standards. The rest timer used to work but now it doesn't. Other than fixing that, the only suggestion I would add is a short description of the exercises, maybe points to remember about form.
5 ★I went through a number of Play store difficulties to get this app but it was definitely worth it if you're serious about convict conditioning training. You can log trainings anywhere and the feature to schedule which steps you need to do each day is very useful. 3 suggestions: 1.Add a trifecta check (convict conditioning 2) 2. Add neck, calf, side, grip work exercises in a seperate section 3. Make it possible to log more than 2 work sets... im doing 5 per training (trying to follow solitary confinement)
5 ★Its easy to use and does what I needed. I love the counter. It allows me to focus on the movement and the muscles involved. My only compliant is that the rest timer freezes if I have to switch to another app.
2 ★I think the people rating this highly don't know how a good program should behave. Why is the progression hidden by default? Why is there no visual indication the progression is scrollable? The play stop button doesn't work properly. I could go on... I'm disappointed by this app and regret buying it.
4 ★Pretty basic but it doesnt need much, id add photos of each move just like the book has, to save referring to the book to check form etc and a rest timer would be cool but not necessary.
5 ★Excellent app. Does exactly what I need it to. The interface is a little less intuitive than I am accustomed to, but after an initial adjustment period, I love the setup. Very functional, without a lot of clutter onscreen.
3 ★It's a good app to keep track of your cc 1 workout. But I would like to see a few improvements. Since I'm combining everything from cc 2 also, I would like to see the ability to track those aswell. Also the ability to track more than 3 sets would be nice, like for example, to include your warmup sets you do with the previous steps in the big 6 sequences. Also maybe a note section on the workouts to write some notes after your workout. Definitely a 5 star if you add these possibility!
2 ★Not sure that this app was worth the money spent as all it does is count. Maybe I'm just not tech savvy enough to understand it but the scheduler seems to be just a check box that doesn't really do anything.
3 ★It has a few glitches (I log in a work out, leave the program, and then hear a bip from the cc tracker) . It would be nice if it included the exercise charts (the ones available on the cc page, a small black and orange chart)
4 ★Great app and very useful to track exercise progress and progressions. A very useful addition would be the ability to add extra exercises and progressions for user to customise as per thier goals. Examples might be dips, 1 arm press ups, planks, hollow body hold, ab wheel roll outs etc.
