4 ★UPDATED REVIEW (5/31/2018): I've used CoPilot a number of times now. And for the most part, I'd say it works pretty well. It hasn't routed me into any dead ends or seedy-looking rail yards, like my old Tom-Tom did. But I do have a question for the developers. I use CoPilot primarily when we're on the road with our 5th wheel camper. And I've noticed there's now an RV version. Is there much difference between the CoPilot-GPS version (red icon) and the CoPilot-RV version ? If the RV version would be more advantageous for the way I use it, can I transfer my paid license from one version to another ?
4 ★I've been using Copilot for years and wouldn't use anything else. The mapsare sharp and clear. Love the lane assist. Hopefully in the near future youwill add compatability with Android Auto
1 ★This app is a lot of trouble to get loaded I'm having the same trouble Ihad with years ago first tells me my email has the wrong characters doesn'tremember my password won't let me reset my password and you can'tphysically talk to anyone to help you
4 ★Overall Excellent App. Speed limits are not up to date on all interstates and are missing on lots of major highways. Would be nice if POIs could be edited more
4 ★The downloading of the maps has opportunities. First, it does not use a centralized location for both the free and premium version, this means that if you downloaded 2.3 GB of maps for the free version, you'll be downloading 2.3 GB again for the premium version. Second, if you start downloading a map and it gets interrupted for any reason, it starts again from scratch. This is a HUGE problem as my Internet provider now caps the amount downloaded. So now, instead of just using 2.3 GB, it was nearly 5 GB. And for the developer, I started the download on WiFi, left WiFi and the download paused, I opened the app and it asked if I wanted to use my cellular data, I didn't answer, reopened the app when back on WiFi and answered No to the question. Download started from scratch. With the size of these maps, the application needs to do a better job of managing the maps locally and via download. Like I said, I haven't even used the app yet. This is just getting to the point where I can. I look forward to updating my review after this weeks trip.
4 ★Several years use on different phones and 2 tablets, no problems. Lastmonth was 1st problem, big one though, failed to find alt route when 580was closed due to fires on Grant Line Rd and everyone diverted to MountainHouse Rd. Good yhing I kept 15 yr old TomTom in car, it routed me to hwy 4no problem.
1 ★Cant believe that after all these years, the app STILL HAS DATED MAPS. Isearched for an address and it cannot locate it. Seriously, even for 6dollars, this is unacceptable.
5 ★This app has been doing a good job ever since I discovered it several yearsago. We knew it was good the first time we found ourselves on some littlecow trail and copilot had the name for it.
1 ★Be aware that their "reinstall" instructions say to do a factory reset on your phone. I found that earlier versions were better for my Note 4. Now, if I am in another app, like calendar, and select the address for an event, it sets that address as the start of my trip, not the destination.

2 ★I enter the address, and I'm supposed to enter the cross street also?Shouldn't a gps app know the cross street? I've never seen a gps apprequire me to enter the cross street to get a correct address! And I paidfor this one. The free ones like waze and google maps don't require me toenter cross streets. The above mentioned free gps apps also include trafficinfo. You have to pay a subscription for that info with copilot.
