1 ★I must say that very often the app does not allow to share the challenges created. For some strange reason you and your colleagues can't join each other's challenges. It is a repetitive bug that nobody has any idea when it will be fixed, and that ruins the user experience
4 ★Very cool app. Helps you unwind with meditation. You can also track individual health goals and log your meals to determine if you are getting enough calories and protein intake per day.
5 ★Excellent app. With the daily affirmations and the motivation to stay fit.

2 ★Does not reliably sync steps from Google Fit. Will not sync unless the account is re-linked, and step data is in complete even then.
5 ★I'm only starting to use the app. So far enjoying the variety of mindfulness and workouts and levels. Easy to pair up with a tracking device and navigate. It feels like Insight Timer with workouts; would definitely recommend.

4 ★I had a look at the app and the services offered via the app and I was quite impressed. If I had the money I would surely subscribe for at least a month to see if the quality of services provided is really up to the top notch standard the app advertises to be.
5 ★The app was recommended by a friend. It is one stop shop for all mindfulness activities. After a hectic day, the challenges such as walking, yoga n many more in the app help to relax. One can also encourage friends n family to take up challenges thereby getting fit together. The meditation and focus music helps to calm the mind. I surely recommend to try this app!
