1 ★You only get rewards tracking if you pay thru the app. If you want to pay at the register with a card or cash, they don't track it. You also cannot order food to have ready for pick up. It doesn't send you coupons or specials... I guess you can look at the menu but it doesn't tell you things like the in store special sandwiches or soups of the day... Like I said, worthless half-baked app.

1 ★All this app does is track your account. Why can't you pre-order on here for take out? Just dumb.

1 ★A complete waste! Does not track orders and would not let me use my credit.

1 ★Upon first installing and opening, it prompted me to login with something called a LevelUp account, which I don't remember having. There was no option to create one, just to reset the password, which I did. It still would not accept the newly created password. I am not going to waste anymore time messing around with this, so I uninstalled it.

1 ★Terrible app. No value unless you tie your credit card to it; which the app forces you to do in order to use it. Employees are not properly trained to use it. I have been charged for orders that I didn't make because the employee doesn't know how to cash me out properly. The transaction history doesn't link you to a receipt of what you've purchased. All it shows is how much each transaction costs. Makes it difficult to prove that I am being charged for orders I didn't make. Fortunately the manager at the Tom + Chee near me took me at my word. Customer support inside of the app doesn't tell you that you are supposed to write your entire issue out; I hit send with a key word query thinking that it was a search, but then notified that customer support would get back with me soon. Not very user friendly. Overall, not happy with this app.

5 ★Glad that this awsome place finally got a rewards system who doesnt like earning free food... i know i do

1 ★The app does not refund your money after it's been preloaded and you want to cancel. This is terrible and makes me not want to go to Tom Chee ever again. I want my money back!

3 ★How about you allow people to enter numerals for their date of birth, rather than having to scroll back month by month???

1 ★Go almost every weekend. And it's only gave me points twice in the past six months. The employees claim that it's scanned but then nothing shows up on my rewards.
