1 ★Purchased and prepaid 6 month plan for exorbitant price of 700$ for 50GB/month. Clearly described at the desk that I would have no access ashore as I was going for a 5 month contract on a ship. They scanned Visa and Passport and told me everything is OK. 3 months later my account is suspended. I need to go to a store for a face to face recognition as per UAE legislation. So, Virgin stole 350$ and 3 months, leaving me stranded with no internet, after 2 days of talking to their imbecile support.
