– এরপর পিষে বা বেটে নেয়া নারকেল একটি পরিষ্কার পাতলা কাপড়ে রেখে চিপে ভালো করে নারকেলের দুধ বের করে নিন। (নারকেলের দুধ বের করার পর নারকেল ফেলে না দিয়ে চিনি বা গুঁড় মিশিয়ে মিষ্টি খাবারে ব্যবহার করতে পারেন)
– প্রয়োজনে প্রতিদিন এই নারকেলের দুধ চুলের গোঁড়ায় ভালো করে ম্যাসেজ করে নেবেন। অতিরিক্ত চুল পড়তে থাকলে প্রতিদিন ব্যবহার করুন, যদি অতিরিক্ত না হয় তাহলে সপ্তাহে ২-৩ বার ব্যবহার করলেই ভালো ফল পাবেন।
২. মেহেদী, ডিমের সাদা অংশ ও টকদই :
মেহেদীর নির্যাস চুলের জন্য অত্যন্ত স্বাস্থ্যকর, ডিম মাথার ত্বকে সঠিক পুষ্টি যোগাতে সহায়তা করে এবং চুলের ফলিকল মজবুত করে। টকদই চুল ও মাথার ত্বক ময়েসচারাইজ করে চুল পড়া Hair fall বন্ধে সহায়তা করে।

– এই প্যাকটি চুলের গোঁড়া থেকে আগা পর্যন্ত ভালো করে লাগিয়ে নিন এবং প্রায় ২ ঘণ্টা এভাবেই রেখে দিন।
– এরপর সাধারণ ভাবে চুল ভালো করে ধুয়ে পরিষ্কার করে নিন। যদি প্রথম দিন চুল পানি দিয়ে ধুয়ে পরিষ্কার করে ১ দিন এভাবেই রেখে তার পরের দিন শ্যাম্পু করতে পারেন তাহলে সব চাইতে ভালো ফলাফল পাবেন।
– এই পদ্ধতিটি সপ্তাহে মাত্র ১ বার ব্যবহার করলেই চুল পড়া অনেকাংশে কমে যাবে।
