Teo app now propels Taxi Diamond and Taxi Hochelaga and Téo Taxi: 1500 taxis are now just a tap away to get around the province.

Request a ride, find out about your driver and the vehicle, receive a notification when the driver arrives, view your itinerary on a live map, pay automatically with your smartphone, and rate your ride.

Téo is convenient with its easy onboarding and mobile payment system. Téo provides useful information about your driver, the vehicle and its performance.

Téo is designed and developed in Quebec.

1 ★This app has become completely useless. It thinks every address I enter is in Lachine. I can't set it to drop me off at my house. Really disappointing from an app that used to be so reliable.

4 ★app is Pretty good, bit clunky when it comes to tracking the approaching ride and it would be nice to add/adjust tips after a ride too but otherwise works fine.

3 ★Never asked for my destination before calling the driver, it's unclear whether someone is en route or not. It's the second time I lose all my history of rides and settings without warning

2 ★the app can't find the correct location, i had this issue several time, i re-uploaded the app, same issue + automatic cancels trips without notice from driver .

4 ★works well in general but App doesn't update driver position when they get close to pickup point, makes it hard to see where to meet them. Also why cant you zoom in closer on map during ride?

2 ★I was looking for a good alternative to other ride-hailing apps, but this was not it. Unresponsive and misleading (if no Teo cab is available, you get sent a regular cab without being given an option)

1 ★Can't use the app, crashes as soon as I press "get started" ... Rebooted phone, re-installed, did every troubleshoot possible, just dosen't function.. :/

1 ★I had a really bad experience with this service. The taxi guy wasn't aware of nothing provided by the app. He asked me how I would pay, I said: with the app, it's all set up. Then he asked where I was going: I gave the same answer as before. Then he asked me how to get there... Finally, the app said that the ride would cost 23$ and it cost me 35. UNBELIEVABLE!

1 ★Worse than useless. Booked a taxi hours in advance and specified in the notes that I had an uncaged dog with me. The driver showed up and refused to take the dog. We missed our expensive obedience course and lost a lot of money because I trusted this app.

1 ★Useless. Twice recently I've tried to call and the first time the driver overcharged me like crazy for wait fees because he got stuck in traffic, the second time the car went to the wrong address.

1 ★Awful interface. It quits randomly. It forgets my phone sometimes. Right now it is telling me I can't schedule a taxi more than 7 days in advance when I want a taxi now.

1 ★Multiple drivers did not show up, picked up someone else or went to the departures terminal at YUL instead of arrivals. Teo support team on call does not speak English. App did not allow to call the support tea on call, appeared broken.
