5 ★I got in to Mindshine after being a regular listener to the Better Begins In The Mind Podcast. I have been practicing meditation for over a decade, but I still benefit from guided breathwork exercises in the app I decided to build a more structured morning routine, by waking up earlier and filling my day with mindful activities to get me started - Mighty Mornings & the Journalling prompts. I really benefit from the Mood Tracker too - it helps me see variables that contribute/hinder my happiness.
5 ★I don't usually write reviews for things, but this app just gave me a huge mind shift. I just came out of a long dark depression state and I am having challenges getting motivated again. So, I started the confidence exercise on the app with the mindset that I am broken and I need fixing and now I can honestly say, I am so proud of myself. This app needs to be everywhere. It can help so many people.
5 ★This app is a powerful tool for improving one's mental and emotional health. It can help you to be more authentic, get in touch with your values, calm anxiety, uplift depression, and even help to disentangle c-PTSD. I say that from experience, but, as with any tool, how you would it matters. I want to face my ego- and trauma-related problems so I can heal and grow, so this app can help me with that. But it can't make you face anything you refuse to. Good luck with your experience!
5 ★Mindshine is a great app so far, have been using it for 2 days in a row and am feeling good about it. Completing the tasks gives you a sense of accomplishment and helps you to find a morning routine that will start your day better. It is cost free so far and I am very grateful for that. 5 ★I tried different apps and I believe this is the best. The exercises are not too long, they are interesting and different and you can decide just to listen to them or also read. I just tried the free version and it's already really nice
5 ★Wow I really love this app and I used a few others so that I can compare at least a little. (calm, headspace, fabulous). Mindshine makes it easy for me to keep going. I don't feel overwhelmed with the whole choice of options or to keep up streaks.
5 ★Mindshine-Happiness Coach is great, if you care to take the time to exercise yourself with its lessons, you'll feel the ease and peace being released as you successfully provide feedback about yourself. Give it a shot, and choose to help yourself finally with just stating your true thoughts. I know you too will enjoy it as am I. I chose the app particularly because I'm always looking for deeper ways of self-improving and I know that apps like Mindshine will help and work. It's only the beginning
1 ★How disappointing. It looks very nice, but doesn't give you a proper free trial and since a subscription is ridiculously expensive, I wouldn't like to make that purchase without knowing if it has anything to offer other than an aesthetically pleasing promise for personal development.
3 ★Not bad so far but I'm afraid I find the narrator really annoying and it's almost distracting, maybe there could be options for different narrators. Also don't really like the twee tone of the lessons.
5 ★I using the free trial for 3 days and this app really help me cope with depression and anxiety. It's short session really easy to follow and apply on daily life. It would be nice if you can add some relaxing music into the voice while guiding.
5 ★I love the app and need it greatly in my life right now. I wish there were more things available in the free version so that I could use more of the app for the things I have going on in my life right now. I wish i was able to subscribe right now. I have tried 50 apps that have similar goals and they didnt give me even half the peace that Mindshine just did. If you do any scholarship subscriptions for stressed out single mamas, you can find one who currently can't afford one, right here! Haha
5 ★So far, I'm really liking the Mindshine. The exercises are a perfect length. I love his voice! So relaxing. Haven't tried the full version yet. I normally don't buy apps, but may make an exception here! 😊
