A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.
Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?
A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading). As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.
Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?
A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.
Q: What are Android App permissions?
A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

5 ★My go-to nighttime filter app. Never had a problem with it, no ads, no fuss. Sometimes other apps will give an alert that something is drawing over the screen but not enough of them do it for it to really be a problem. It would be amazing if there was somehow a way to set if you want it to not be on for certain apps (as f.lux can do for desktops), but for a free app I honestly couldn't be happier with it. Love the customizable color options since some filter colors can bother my eyes. Great app!
4 ★Requires little permissions, which is great! Does the job well. Have been using this for quite awhile. Haven't had any issue so far. Helps me stare the screen for longer period of time than without. Didn't need the pro version; this version does exactly the only thing I needed: filter the bluelight, dims the screen, with black color. That is all I need. All in all, adequately pleased with the result! Good job dev! NOTE: four stars. Five stars are only for the Gods.
5 ★The app closes while using it at night, but I think that's because my launcher crashes.
4 ★Cool app, really tiny and does the job. Will gladly give it 5 stars later, I find the black color useful but the filter selection for the free version is rather poor, yet with good controls (brightness etc.). The app also does not draw on the control bar, even though it has full permission. This is annoying because it's so bright and that's a real downer. Good work overall.
4 ★The way it works is better than others like Twilight because you can change the filter colour and brightness separately from the screen brightness. However it's really annoying to turn off: either you have to have an obtrusive circle widget on the screen, or you have to open the app, go into settings, scroll to the bottom, press, and then press to confirm. I don't want to have the app on all the time, I prefer to use it manually, but this is too awkward.
5 ★I think u are an underrated app. For solving the stupid Android 8.0 problem with your floating screen widget (no more pulling a bright screen to adj brightness) and being ad-free (which is rare), you deserve 5 stars. I would like it better though, if you could allow movement of the widget to some other part of the phone - it coincides with my other apps' buttons. Also, the eye badge to indicate the filter is kinda creepy - maybe an icon change; like "B" character or similar. Good job. Thanks!
2 ★Does what it says. ad-free bluelight filter. i will say that it doesnt get as dark as the app i used previously, but being ad-free is huge. the other app also didnt have a timer, so thats a nice feature. also this one affects the home buttons, which my old one didnt. that said that this does dim and blur the text a lot, so things can get a bit hard to see. also u can turn the widget off on the main page, if u dont like it guys... EDIT: refuses to continue to dim screen when using other apps.
5 ★I love it. It's easy to use and works as it says. One problem is that the screen overlay permission prevents some apps from working correctly. I know its this app because when I turn the overlay permission off all the other apps work correctly. So I had ro deduct 1 star for this. UPDATE: This can be paused from the app so I can install or do whatever I need to disable screen overlay for a few minutes. 5 stars ✨
5 ★Excellent app. I always download it whenever i reset or change my cp. Its a must have.
2 ★This app isn't really usable. It has 2 ways to use it after you move away from it: either you will use a circle that's always on top of your screen (annoying) or it will disappear from the menu and you will have to open it from the start. Another thing: it works when you don't want it (apps like camera) and it doesn't work when you do want it (just stops all of a sudden). The screen looks good, but the app itself is just badly done, sorry.
3 ★So, my eyes are really sensitive to light, even when the phone brightness is completely lowered. I saw that you claimed the app was only 0.2 mb! I tried to download it and I had insufficient space. I have 393 mb left, and needed 107 mb to download. I was unable to download. I had it downloaded before, but got rid of it because I'm an idiot and thought in didn't need it. I tried to get it again, but can't. Worked beautifully the first time, my favorite of all light filter apps. 5 stars minus 2.
4 ★Blue light Filter + Black Colour + Screen Dimmer is all I need to protect my eyes. People sensitive to light should definitely use this application. The Night mode black filter is my favourite as I have sensitive eyes.
