A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.
Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?
A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading). As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.
Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?
A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.
Q: What are Android App permissions?
A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

3 ★The print is too small to read on my phone and when I enlarge it I get so little of the page it inconvenient to read. I'd rather put it on my laptop but so far it won't take it. Also, I'd like to get a hard copy of the article on native plants, but apparently that's not possible...I am fairly disappointed
1 ★r. Problem continues. cant read full headlines and bottom line sometimes cut off of stories. I couldn't in large print to read better. I re-downloaded apps as suggested by blade. same problems when open from email the blades sends daily. my 1st job was blade carrier over 50 yrs ago. subscribed to blade my whole life. I will not re-subcribe next year. party because condense stories and bad reporting.
1 ★This app SUCKS BIG TIME. IT TOOK 4 ATTEMPTS BEFORE IT SUCCESSFULLY DOWNLOADED. SOMETIMES IN THE MORNING WHEN THE DOWNLOAD IS NOT SUCCESSFUL IT WILL NOT STOP TRYING TO DOWNLOAD. I HAVE TO UNINSTALL THE APP.
2 ★It's no fun reading a newspaper on a phone. All of the Blade online platforms have bugs, glitches and they crash regularly. The Blade owns the content and the delivery systems. No one else to blame. The print paper works perfectly every time. The online versions almost never do. The Blade should have asked us to pay more for a print edition. Failing that, they should have worked the bugs out before launching bad e-platforms.
3 ★like the new feature to click on articles, maybe it will fix the problem of articles ending in mid sentence, words scrambled together in middle of paragraphs, growing pains I'm sure, but these things should've been worked out before the launch, also like the extra content
3 ★it's convenient to read when we are not home; however, last Sunday most of the pictures didn't show up and yesterday I couldn't read the peach because the words were on top of each other. Also often the columns are incomplete. We do appreciate not accumulating the pile of papers every week.
1 ★Digital edition doesn't work on Android phones. Talked to the blade 3/18/19 they ssid they haven't heard of any problems with Android phones they need to look at the reveiws posted about the digital edition. The blade told me it was designed for computers and tablets. I also have a Samsung 10.1 tab A tablet. When i went to download the app for the digital edition my tablet said the the app wont work on my tablet. Come on Blade fix the problem please.I am going to call them today on this issue.
3 ★I find this app difficult at times to navigate. Sometimes my paper loads quickly and efficiently, other times it takes a long time to get downloaded. I wish there was a way to close out an edition before going to the next one to read. I don't want to delete an edition I want to go back to.
2 ★I last gave it a one star. Now 2. well, it shuts down a lot, articles are still truncated really can't read. As a Blade subscriber, still can't set up an account because THE SYSTEM WON'T ACKNOWLEDGE MY EMAIL ADDRESS THAT I HAVE HAD FOR 30 YEARS. By the way, I called the help desk. I was sent an email telling me how to establish my account, but I STILL CAN'T SET UP ACCOUNT BECAUSE OF ABOVE REASON. Does The Blade know what they are doing? I don't think so. However, they get my money!
2 ★Very glitchy on a tablet Rarely opens on that days edition Cuts of the sides or bottom of an article which force you to open the entire article
5 ★The latest update seems to have taken care of the issues of cutoff articles and over running text. The new feature of being able to tap the blue headline and see the entire article is fantastic. Good job.
1 ★I am using a SAMSUNG-SM-G930V android. your app truncates the bottom of each story and does not give the complete headline of the story. extremely hard to read with missing paragraphs from the bottom of one column to the top of the next. what can I do to have better reading?
