1 ★RUN!!! I mean literally go anywhere else. Nearly all of the downloads you see are dead accounts from people who got frustrated and left. Glitches everywhere. Requires insane amounts of money for very little gain. The events they hold are in effect a gamble so you spend more money for a remote chance of getting something you need to advance. They lie about the collection and failure rates. (I did the math). Customer service is a laughable joke.
3 ★This game is cool but i just hope the download of the expansion could be smaller. If anything it could be a pc game like raid shadow legends. Other than that its a decent game to kill time
1 ★Third review on 10/2019: The developer has stop fixing bugs and issues. They had a good product but completely failed to upkeep. Second review from 05/2019: I have been playing this game about 2 years now, and like many others, I'm getting frustrated with the game. Many I know has quit. The pay to play can become extremely expensive (ie. $500+ a month.) And bugs/glitches...way too many issues for the $ spent. First review from 2017: This is a really fun game to play and meet with people.
1 ★The game looks nice and interesting but devs don't care when you encounter errors, if you can't fix it on your own, you will be stuck with that error till the end of time . I couldn't make in game purchases and they couldn't resolve my issue, I lost diamonds everyday until i had 1 diamond or none, they couldn't resolve that issue either, my gear enhancements got messed up when i switched classes, they said they can't help me, i had to fix it myself, my sapphires went missing, they didn't help me
1 ★I think this is a good game until something happens to your account and you try to talk to someone for help I have emailed everyone I can about my account. Now I'm trying to get a refund I have spent hundreds of dollars on this game and they won't do big refunds I have been through Google and emailed the developers of the company and have only heard back from Google saying to contact the developers of the game but they don't seem to read their emails and respond back. Bad gaming company. If I can't play the game for some odd reason I atealst want a refund. This is a bad company
1 ★The game has potential, it's fun to play and lots of activities. The lag is really bad during events where everyone has to be on at the same time, but CS will tell you its your connection. Warband is awful and no information on it or the problems. It has been over 3 weeks and still does not work for many servers. I have wrote CS in game and FB and the only response is we have sent it to the techs, be patient. So to the developers YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS, hope you can know this, best regards.
1 ★Players killing other players so they cant beat certain monsters and trolling others. I would give it more stars but others are taking away the fun of the game. I am disappointed with this feature and I will no longer play this game because of it. So it people are looking for a game to play and have fun with others this is not a game for you.
1 ★Every ad for this game shows you that this is some insane graphic mmo, intense fights, easy to get gear and by killing a monster you get your wings, well all of that is fake, nothing but lies, you have to spend money none stop get closed enough to the gear you want, is you wanna save money, dont play this game, there are better ones out there.
1 ★the two new classes you have to buy. the game is P2W, and the community is dead, they just keep recycling "events" which is little more than gimmicks they imploy to get players to spend even more money after they spend up to 100 USDA on just the gunner class alone.. the drop rates are horrid, and last but not least there's absolutely no balance in this game when it comes PVP, both open world pvp and arenas via daily events, more often than not you get one shotted by players
3 ★I like playing the game, especially with the auto feature. But there are some bugs with item translations, and just the other day I tried to get on and got a message saying "Failed for connect. Please check your service" or whatever, and I've been unable to get on since. My internet connection is just fine as I'm able to download and play other games. Unless this is fixed soon, I wont be returning, even if it is eventually fixed.
1 ★There are too many glitches and bugs. Instead of fixing current issues in game the developers decided to put in an update that only half works. Update could have been a great add to the game but only created many more glitches and bugs to the gameplay. Customer service gives bs responses and they don't contact you to answer your questions or attempt to fix the issues.
1 ★Am I actually playing this game or is auto play just taking over for me constantly. When it feels like I am playing the controls are delayed. Autoplay constantly kicks in and uses the main spell that has a 500 second countdown till you can use it again. But I don't want to use it at that moment maybe. I see potions counting down in my inventory but no idea how to get more or how to trigger it myself. Gameplay is repetitive.
