Description
O programa d-GDM (diagnóstico do Diabetes mellitus gestacional) é destinado a profissionais de saúde.O aplicativo de uso simples e amigável, permite, utilizando resultados laboratoriais de glicemia em jejum, glicemia ao acaso ou hemoglobina glicada (HbA1c) no início da gestação ou com o teste oral de tolerância à glicose realizado entre a 24º e 28º semanas de gestação, o auxílio diagnóstico do diabetes gestacional (GDM) ou do diabetes pregestacional (PGDM).
Os critérios utilizados para a obtenção do diagnóstico são os preconizados pelo International Association of Diabetes and Pregnancy Study Group (IADPSG) com modificações da Organização Mundial da Saúde (OMS) e descrito nas Diretrizes da Sociedade Brasileira de Diabetes (2017-2018).
O d-GDM é um aplicativo gratuito, desenvolvido no Programa de Pós-Graduação em Ciências Farmacêuticas da Universidade Federal do Paraná e registrado no Instituto da Propriedade Industrial (nºBR512018001275-2).
