1 ★Crashes, poor formatting, slow page rendering, frequent requests to download the same day paper again... for a Silicon Valley publisher, it's frankly embarrassing. Never seems to improve either.

4 ★The app performance has improved a lot, much more stable. The performance of the app is still very good.

1 ★Consistently draws the articles wrong, freezes and crashes much more often, all since the May 5 update. I pay good money for this paper and expect a professional portal.

4 ★mostly a good app. navigation is easy, adjustable fonts.picture and text view. sometimes it crashes and gets stuck switching to the new edition the following day.

2 ★How can it take NINETY MINUTES to pull up today's edition of a newspaper in Silicon Valley? All it took was multiple phone calls, multiple clearing my cache, repeatedly rebooting my phone, repeatedly deleting and reinstalling the app, changing my password that worked fine when I set up the account 4 days ago. PATHETIC! And now that it "works", it's near impossible to get thru an edition without it vanishing and having to hit random buttons, close app, restart phone to maybe retrieve it.
