The app for monitoring and controlling your compatible Swift Caravan or Motorhome.
This App is for vehicles equipped with the EC800 touchscreen control panel (model years 2019 to 2023) or the earlier EC620 control panel (model years 2017 to 2018).

For 2024 Models with the new EC970 touchscreen - please download Swift Command 2024.

1 ★Won't connect to phone. Tried all the usual.. Uninstall... Delete pairing, when trying to connect through Bluetooth it says connect through app. Open app and won't connect. Could be great. But nope. Sort it out swift.

1 ★Cannot connect on my Huawei p smart tried reinstalling swift command and still get the message to connect through the app which then tells me to turn on Bluetooth which is already on. Just no way of connecting and have been trying for hours

3 ★Works well on tbe control panel with blue tooth. Remotely not so good. Fails to connect with caravan. Alerts not working at all. Caravan not tracking location to well. Using Samsung Galaxy S9+.

1 ★This app does not want to connect with my van, telling me there is not enough power in battery. It says there needs to be above 10.9v and the last record was 13.7 🤔 somethings not right lol.

5 ★I have been using this app since July 2019 using my Samsung S8 on my Sprite Alpine 2 2019, and it has been working well. I have good mobile reception in my area. I recommend this app.

3 ★Its hit and miss if it logs in or not. Like at the moment it's refusing to log in to the remote features.

1 ★Why can it only open in landscape view? The previous App displayed in portrait on your phone. Can't see much of the information as it's too big. Not very impressed

1 ★Rubbish. Won't locally connect with Huawei phone and the remote features require the caravan to be in a location with good 3g connectivity.

1 ★I also have a huewei phone and am unable to connect my bluetooth this app is a complete waste of time would have expected much better on a £20,000+caravan come on Sargent sort it out

3 ★Landscape option is great for tablets and iPads, but not great for phones. Portrait option would be ideal.

3 ★On 2018 basecamp, really slow to send cmds to van and can't get it to control the whale heating, may need to set panel to app control? Did I say it was slow....
