This app is produced by Steamship Mutual and the Ship Safety Trust. It is aimed at shipowners, charterers, brokers, lawyers, surveyors and anyone interested in maritime affairs. As well as providing details about the Club, the app lists full contact details for staff and correspondents around the world. You will also find full versions of all the Club's Circulars and P&I Alerts as they are published, plus details of many more of the Club and Ship Safety Trust's publications.Club Presentation: This provides you with details of the Club's current profile and financial position.
Rules: You can view and search the Club's Rules for both Owner's and Charterers risks, as well as accessing the Club's recommended charterparty clauses. Rules can be marked as favourites for quick reference.
Contacts: Full contact details are provided for Correspondents, PEME Clinics, Staff, the European Inland & Short Sea Facility and Emergency numbers. You can search correspondents or view them by name, port or country. Staff can be searched or viewed by name or department. Each contact can be downloaded directly onto your device, saved as a favourite or shared via email or SMS. There is a Notes section for each contact where you can create and save your own notes on the individual or correspondent. There is also location functionality using Google Maps if this is on your device.
Publications: The Club's recent Circulars and P&I Alerts are here in full, giving you the most up to date information on the Club and issues which affect you and your operation. You can also find details of the Club's and Ship Safety Trust's publications, DVDs and loss prevention posters. These can all be ordered free of charge via the app.
