2 ★Its just like their website. Slow! It use to be awesome but I don't know what happened. I use to look up a product and see it's availability at every store within a 100km radius and which isle it was in. I find it is totally useless now for finding anything.
1 ★** new edit* App won't load keeps crashing. Now a year later worth this recent lock down you offer "same day pick up in-store shopping" which AGAIN I order online and it's available in MY store gladly I checked before I checked out. IT'S NO SAME DAY PICK-UP. Apparently if I placed my "in-store shopping" can't pick it up until WEDNESDAY! It's Friday at 3pm. WHAT'S THE DEAL CANADIAN TIRE???
4 ★I use this app for both work and personal shopping. I find it to be very useful in both scenarios. There have been the odd time where it does not find the item I'm looking for but it is rare.
1 ★Hits card as soon as you put it in....so if order gets "lost" due to a fairly common server hiccup...you are out the money on the card until the 5 to 7 day clearing time. Thanks for a CRUMMY CRASHY APP and poor billing practices. Hit the card when the order is CONFIRMED on your side!!! YOU KNOW YOUR SERVERS ARE OVERLOADED AND CRASHY due to covid...! Severe inconvenience!!!
1 ★Isnt even letting me link my Triangle Rewards card to the app so I can register it. I get to the terms and privacy page and even when I read all of it, it wont let me click "Continue". Only "Print or save a copy" or "Back". What's going on???
5 ★You can find pretty much everything you would in during in-store shopping (which is limited these days, due to 'lockdowns'), using the app. I also like how the store quantities are displayed, and that you have to options of in-store pick up, curbside pick up, and having items shipped to you. The app is very convenient if you do not want to explore the store yourself.
5 ★Love how easy it is to place a curbside pickup order. Always easy to see how much of something is in stock. Simple to use your E-Canadian Tire money to pay for purchases. Love that I can browse the flyer with ease and also check out in-store clearance by store.
1 ★Update: May 14, 2021 - Still very glitchy App and won't allow me to complete the check out and payment. I guess CTC doesn't want my money! Need a new IT company! Very, very glitchy!! Crashes on checkout! Complete rubish. IT needs to be fired or sue the company that made this garbage. Has not been fixed since last year. Avoid!
1 ★I haven't been able to actually USE this app since it always says (after I LOOK UP and TYPE IN my login ID and password!) "Looks like we're having an issue accessing our accounts. Please try again later." Not impressed!
1 ★Havent been able to use it once. Waste of time installing it, it logs out and uses a 2 step sign-in with your email, this is impossible when you are standing at the cashier. Cannot just display your card number with out a full 2 step log-in. I recommend not wasting the space on your phone.
5 ★Great app, info,ratings and specs on everything, easy to use and best part, its tell you where the item is located in your local store.
5 ★Great selection compared to other stores, the app lets you know what aisle the item is in (saving lots of time), enjoy the offers of money back with purchases. Compared to their competitors, CT offers much more.
