S. Radhakrishnan.User of the app shall take images/videos of the traffic violators and send it to Transport Department through this application.The images / videos containing information required for issuing notices / taking action against the offender shall only be considered .The vehicle Regd. Number and the situation of offenses committed shall be considered while issuing challan/PR/VCR/notice to the offender.
