1 ★In less than two months and two transfers, I have had the absolute worst experience with Instarem that has baffled and frustrated me beyond anything I've experienced before. To be brief, my first transfer took about a week to complete after several delays and phone calls with customer service. My second transfer was canceled days after being scheduled, and then my account was suddenly blocked permanently by Instarem, with no explanation other than "internal terms and policies."
5 ★I tried this app for the first time. I'll recommend to everyone to use. It's so quicker than any other apps.
1 ★Upgrade version is worst than earlier versions. It no longer shows my favourite transfer currency as default. I have to select it each time i make a transfer.
4 ★Editing and reposting my review for the newer version of Instarem App. 1. Enable finger print always fails and need to key in user and password each time I open App 2. App crashed few times and once I reopen again need to enter credentials.. painful it is. 3. Anesthetics and segregation has definitely improved in the newer version, but since core functionalities aren't tested thoroughly before productionizing new version ruins the user experience. Thanks
5 ★App is buggy. When trying to add the recipient beneficiary, the “Relationship” field won't allow input. Stuck there and can't proceed. Website uses PLAID must be during bank hours only or else will fail. [04March2021]Customer service was helpful to fix the issues. The service to send money by Bank Payee still doesn't work for my bank at State Employees Credit Union. It doesn't show up at all when searching through the list of available banks. Can only send money by Debit now. [17Apr21]Bugs fixed
3 ★Service is fast and good but need to improve some of the aspects. Currently for single transaction I am receiving 5 email with different subject, which is too much to track and there is no setting to limit this. Either provide setting to customize email notification or send all details under one subject per transaction so that it will be shown as group in email app.
1 ★After upgrade it become worse. Too many issues. 1. Fingerprint login not working. 2. Not able to transfer easily as like old app. Dont know why guys upgrade the old app , which was very good. This is what happen unnecessarily some top management takes such stupid decision and invest money where its nit needed. Instead of investing in changing look and feel/UI , you should have rewarded customer with less charges etc. Pls bring back old app soon otherwise user will move to another platform
4 ★I always enjoy best rates from instarem and insta points are still more useful. Thanks to the best service. I had used it in malaysia and again using in singapore. But after updating to newer version enabling finger print is fsiling always and need to relogin by keying in username and password again. So reducing 1 rating.

5 ★The app is intuitive and the exchange rate provided is very competitive. Funds are delivered in a reasonable time frame
2 ★Too many issues, needs improvement. 1. Enable fingerprint option always fails with no proper reason of failure. 2. Activity list doesn't show status on overview page, need to open and check each and every transaction to get the details. 3. Login process takes forever even with strong internet connection. 4. Auto logout without being idle, logs out automatically even in between initiating / modifying a transaction. 5. Rates are not being updated in real time.
5 ★I am a regular user of this App. Easy to set up an account with Instarem. The App is user friendly - easy to move along. Rates are very competitive. I can cancel my transaction within certain timeframe if I am not happy with the rates.
