This app displays a blue light at maximum screen brightness. The intention is to simulate some of the normal daylight we get from the sun. Use it for about 30 minutes in the morning or in the middle of the day to get more energy and sleep better at night. Preferable use a big tablet which is faced towards the side of your face. You don't have to look at the screen.Never use the app less than three hours before going to sleep.
