No ano de 2010 iniciamos o projeto social por nome “Amor ao Próximo”, onde levamos alimentos, roupas, calçados, água e produtos de higiene pessoal para os moradores de rua do Estado de São Paulo. “O grande lema do projeto é acreditar que somos todos iguais, sem acepção de pessoas, raça ou religião. Por isso não queremos ir lá e simplesmente entregar o alimento ou doações, queremos doar principalmente amor, partilhar abraços, olhar no olho, conversar, dar visibilidade ao que passa invisível muitas das vezes na nossa sociedade. O projeto social amor ao próximo é uma mobilização social que acredita nas pessoas e na convivência amigável e solidária entre quem vive e quem não vive na rua”.O Projeto começou com o idealizador Fábio Roberto Madureira Alves, atualmente é o Presidente da ONG, o mesmo enfrentou o frio, as drogas, bebidas e também teve grandes livramentos de morte, tudo antes de se converter ao evangelho de Jesus Cristo.
Teve 8 overdose de cocaína, chegou a capotar carro, moto e também levou tiros de traficantes, mas DEUS o livrou e nenhuma bala o atingiu. Foi exatamente no fundo do poço, que ele decidiu mudar de vida e dentro de uma igreja Evangélica entregou a sua vida a JESUS e a partir deste momento se voltou a obra social e foi as ruas levar alimentos, roupas, calçados, cobertores etc. Hoje vivemos de doações que recebemos de pessoas da igreja e outras que veem o nosso trabalho nas redes sociais.
