1 ★App Needs a lot of work. It is extremely difficult to find tournaments with the search feature. Once you find the tournament, it is okay for checking scores and schedule. However, the score updates are not typically entered in a timely manner. Reply to SI. When I search for a tournament it does not show up. Try searching for a softball tournament in Indiana this weekend and see what you get.
1 ★App crashes constantly on android. I've been using this app for years and they changed something that causes it to freeze and crash. It needs fixed and then it's a solid 5 star app. It has everything you need and even the ad version is so limited on ads that you hardly notice it. I was going to pay for ad free but it hasn't worked yet this year for me to have faith it will be worth the money.
4 ★I have only used this for 1 tournament thus far. I am hoping there is an option to use a "free bracket" possibly. 1 that I can fill in and use on small tournaments that won't be big enough for anyone to use this. I can keep and update myself for my kids AAU tourneys so I am not always searching for what wall in which gym has a bracket on it. Other than that for the Texas Invitational, it has been about as good as you could hope for. People still need to update in a timely manner or the info won't be here,so there still must be a human element that you can't control that may make info lag.
1 ★I typically don't do reviews on apps. If there were "0" stars, that would be my choice. This app is the most terrible app I have ever had on Android. It freezes & will not load. If you have Android, you might as well forget about using this worthless app. Developers you have to do better on Android. Anyway, this is our last tournament & I won't need it ever again. ☮️
2 ★Slow to list current info. Recap information doesn't load. Better calling someone who is there. This app makes you jump through hoops not to sell your info. Don't waste your time. Was showing my daughter's 300 game just starting when she was already playing later game. App stinks!!!!!! Forget notification, streaming app can't handle the traffic.
3 ★Hello. App search feature is not working for me.I put in all the search values and it says "No events for that criteria". If I try to search "open registration events" the app crashes. I have a straight talk galaxy s6. But that being said, the app works beautifully for my husbands iphone, so I am able to access what I need with his. Just wanted to let you know so you can adjust accordingly :)
4 ★tourney machine has made it super easy for me to keep up with my team and let them know almost a week in advance who were playing, where, and what time. as a coach that's awesome for me. other than the constant change of game times and places etc (which I dont believe this app has anything to do with) it's been great. If something doesnt seem right or your getting last weeks schedule a simple refresh at the home screen usually does the trick, I've had this run in with multiple parents/times.
