LOW COST EVENTS DATA CAPTURE & REPORTING
No need for expensive hardware, just use a PC/Mac, iOS or Android. View visitor flow and traffic at stands. Exhibitors can capture leads, orders or sales. Attendees can store a list of exhibitors they are interested in for later viewing or view their orders/purchases. A self serve or fully managed service & ‘at event’ support options are also available. We take management of your data seriously and are of course compliant with EU GDPR law.
TICKETS
Our system works with any tickets that have QR codes. It is flexible enough to work with your own or any other supported third party ticketing system. Alternatively you can also design and print your own tickets with our supplied tools.
ATTENDEE
When using our own or an approved ticketing system, attendees can log in via any modern browser using the supplied event and ticket code. They can then register details or view any data that has been captured (eg exhibitors that were of interest, orders & purchases). There is also an option to contact the organiser for feedback or exercise their right to be forgotten (a GDPR requirement) if required.
EXHIBITOR
As well as using the app to scan tickets and capture data, exhibitors can instantly view registrations, orders or sales. Graphical tracking activity reports on a hourly basis are also available and the ability to download graphs and any data permitted by the organiser.
ORGANISER
The organiser can view all attendee & exhibitor activity and graphically report and download any data of interest. New events can easily be set up and using our powerful creation and publishing tools.
