1 ★It constantly spams an SMS text with a verification code while you are using the app. I got 20 text messages in the span on two mim trying to buy a JiffyLube gift card. Every time the app loses and then regains focus, it sends a new SMS text message. I can replicate the bug on my phone every time I open and close the app.
1 ★I am a very, very long-time customer. I was a Raise member for years before GCX took over. I used to be able to speak with an actual human or at least chat live with a human. Now you can't do either. Even worse is I just recently attempted to chat. GCX has this AI assist. I did everything it asked me to do. I asked for a specialist. It said it would connect me now. Waited 30 minutes and asked about the wait. It said we don't have live support... why then did it say it was connecting me? BS!
5 ★ive bought multiple airbnb giftcards, dominoes, wendys giftcards and only had a problem with 1 airbnb giftcard which they quickly refunded me my money so me personally havent had an issue. but i do usr giftcard immediately after purchase

1 ★They sold me a gift card with zero balance and then told me it was MY responsibility to prove I hadn't used it! By far the *worst* customer service I have ever received from them! They are also very slow to respond. Not to mention the contact button in the app never works.

2 ★The app is great for buying gift cards. I need to update my phone number as I'm moving to a new number that reflects where I live. There is no easy process to do this. You have to contact customer support and go through a lengthy process just to update phone number. No other app or company requires this. So bizarre.
2 ★GCX customer service isn't very good, it's very difficult to get a person to talk to ended up getting problem resolved but what should have taken 5 minutes took almost 2 weeks cause they email you back after a couple or few days you can only chat with a bot that is very unhelpful
