1 ★Just bought the MS-HW660. Added the soundbar in this app, but the soundbar disappears every day, and I have to reconnect it every time. Also Spotify connect only works sometimes. Soundbar appears, next day it's not there as an option in Spotify. Really need a firmware update to this soundbar or some fixing in the app.
2 ★Could be great, but fails to connect frequently, is not easy to setup and isn't compatible with Google. Disappointed.
3 ★May 2020 update - Now it does not crash any more under Android 10 but I cannot login into Tidal anymore. First it said 'invalid token' now it says 'The ID or password is incorrect'. And yes, I checked ID and password 5 times. Horrible. *********** Jan. 2020 update - It keeps crashing under Android 10. I will *never* again buy any device that depends on phone for its use. Right now I have two pretty door stoppers. Thank you Samsung and Google.
1 ★App is not compatible. I purchased two Samsung Vl350 speakers and a ms650 sound bar with the prospect of grouping them for surround sound via this app. Even official Samsung literature say that they are compatible with this app and this feature can be utilised. After waiting months for this app even to update, the app fails to recognise all the speakers in the setup and grouping is non existent with the 'latest' Samsung multiroom speakers. Even Samsung smartthings fails in accomplishing this.
3 ★Completely broken on Android (I have a pixel 2) and won't even open most of the time. Am trying to use with the MS650 soundbar. Takes the 'smart' out of smart speaker. Edit (2020/05/01) - suddenly has started working again. Which is promising although I see it's stopped working for a bunch of other people.
5 ★UPDATE 3/29)20 OK. I love Samsung again They finally updated the app for Android 10. I can listen to my music again. It has such a good sound. I was loathe to part with it. I'm glad I have Samsung the benefit of the doubt when my Google pixel 2 updated. Uninstall your old app, reinstall the updated version. It works like a dream now
1 ★To echo many others, I have 7 speakers around the house, all worked fine until a month ago then no more Deezer music, only Radio. App says it does not recognise my Deezer login details although Deezer app on online version both let me logon fine. Tried Samsung online help, they tried to tell me its Deezers problem. Now stick with no help from Samsung and no music either. Thank goodness my Google mini will play my Deezer music!!
1 ★Works pretty well with MS750 Soundbar but it won't let you control the sound mode. So I end up having it set to standard for TV and music where as I want it to use music mode for music. Edit: It keeps forgetting the speaker so you have to go though the set up process every time you open the app. Completely useless.
4 ★Works most the time, but does just stop playing for no apparent reason sometimes. Simple fix - just press pause then play to start it again.
1 ★Cannot search without the application crashing. It is also designed as an iPhone application, even though it is on Android. Who wants to tap the top left of your screen to go back? Phones are giant now. I cannot easily reach there with one hand.

4 ★Ok app can be bit temperamental great when it works, have 2 R6 and ms6500 sounds lovely when playing found now and again sound bar doesn't connect, i unplug it from plug socket wait minute plug it back in , same thing as sky box resets it , i have started leaving sound bar on which seems to work better always connected to wifi
