2 ★I used it for 2 months and it filled around 2 gb of data to eventually not open at all. now trying to Uninstall and install again. the content of the paper are great. no issues with it but app has not been that great. that did not work too ..

1 ★Update 2024 still just absolutely unbelievable for renewal and all of the memory that is in the app makes it almost impossible to reboot a subscription. Changed emails, cleared the cash, cleared the memory uninstalled, reinstalled and then still no go. Guess I'll sit around for another week. Waiting for a response from customer service. Brutal. From 5 to 1 ... unable to get a response from customer service for e-paper i in three weeks . Multiple year subscriber .... furious

1 ★Haven’t been able to login to the ePaper on my iPhone. After 2 months of “help” from NP, still no resolution. It takes them many days to respond. Terrible customer service.

1 ★No option to submit payment information in app, nobody answering phone after 1pm, no ability to even sign in if using Firefox, no common sense at all, just full front page ads and the same 3 stories printed over and over again. Also keeps on telling me "Piano internal error" when I try to submit my credit card online in Chrome. No proper English and no respect for anyone, including themselves, either.

2 ★The app is too simple and it's missing a lot of features compared to its competitors. When you create your account to access the app, it gives you the option to link your account to emails or social media acc but then if you log out, there is no way you can log in back using the linked option. Very poor design.

1 ★Useless on a phone, can't read articles without continous resizing and moving left/right. The old phone app was by far a superior product.

3 ★works most of the time. The least reliable feature is automatic downloading. It used to work better. Selecting a column sometimes let's me choose to see it in text view, but often not.

5 ★Unblemished reporting. No fake news.

4 ★Easy to read. Solid resolution. Would love to be able to share individual articles and do the crossword/sudoku in-app.
