Description
i-Merchants is the sub-app of i-Neighbour app, the cloud-based residential & visitor management system, that provides a platform for merchants to promote and sell their products and services to the surrounding communities. Through i-Neighbour App, residents of a neighbourhood can view and and search for services such as restaurants, laundry, convenient stores, online shopping, and etc. from i-Merchants based on their location or around their neighbourhood.As an example, if a resident orders food delivery via i-Neighbour App, the particular merchant will receive the order instantaneously through their i-Merchants Mobile App. The advantage of having the i-Merchants App integrated with the i-Neighbour App is that it provides seamless, hassle-free and convenient process, from receiving to delivering orders to customers. Once the order has been placed, a merchant will receive a QR code for the delivery guy to verify himself and access to the neighbourhood. The system will also notify security guards about the incoming delivery through a QR code.

1) Merchant is required to download and login to i-Merchants App to utilize the features below:
- Promote and sell products and services on i-Merchants and i-Neighbour platforms to adjacent neighbourhoods
- Receive orders from nearby i-Neighbour’s residents
- Provide updates of delivery statuses to buyers
- Receive a QR code for a quick access to a neighbourhood to complete a delivery process. (Note: Security guard will verify the details via i-Neighbour App for safety precaution)
2) Residents will be using the i-Neighbour App to access to i-Merchants
- Search and view products and services offered by the nearby merchants based on km radius
- Place orders with the preferred merchants without having to leave the house
- Receive updated status from the merchant about an order you placed.
