It automatically counts repetitions and sets in real time, and displays a full overview of each training session. And it’s easy. The Advagym app displays previous results for each machine and exercise. This helps you work out in a structured way and get more out of the time you spend in the gym. Since repetitions and sets are logged automatically, you can focus 100% on your exercises.
Add your favorite workouts
In addition to the predefined programs Advagym comes with, you can get your own personal programs from the gym you're connected to. You can also easily save your own workout as your personal program. All your training history is saved making it easier for you to follow your progress over time and reach your fitness goal faster.
Free weights and cardio, too
Automatic logging in Advagym is for gym machines. For free weights and cardio training you simply add your results manually and the training history is displayed in the same way as the exercises that are logged automatically.
Availability
Advagym is a concept from Sony and is currently available in a limited number of gyms. The service may be suspended or closed at any time.
