3 ★I detest the fact that I can not use the app without updating first.
1 ★Same exp like Miss Sandra, cant even got sign in its keep showing invalid phone number while the number is correct and is working . Very bad if app is continuing like this.
1 ★It was all good until one day I requested for a dispatch rider and paid with my card, after 30mins rider said he was too far to come, 3 other riders also said the same thing. I ended up delivering myself. Now refund my money, over a month now still no word from you guys. I have chatted, sent mails, no response.
1 ★This is a good app but 99% of your drivers are reaping you off as my last experience I swore I won't use a gokada if the driver cancels it. I have got feedback from a lot of people. Everything is wrong with your riders. It's a pity. They just use your okada to make money for themselves and it was a mess the last time I used your platform as we had a heavy clash on arrival
4 ★Gokada works, it's quick and affordable. Would be great to have card payment as an option though. Riders, on arrival, often ask me to cancel trips and do new requests because they want to know if it'll pay them... I ignore these requests and, I think this should be addressed. Riders rely on passengers for directions because their phones are in their pockets while they ride and so cannot view navigation cues... Having holders/stands attached to the bike could help.
1 ★I've had this app for months now and I've only used it thrice. Why? because I was only able to get drivers those two times. your drivers turn off their app and when you meet them one on one they prefer to carry you unofficially and request for more money. This is a steady habit and it is very irritating. They deliberately just park with other unregistered bikers and refuse to use the app or carry you under the gokada name. Please fix this or help us employ competent drivers. Thank you.
4 ★The Gokada app needs the following: 1.A better navigation guide/hub for the rider 2. An ability for both riders and passengers to view the amount once rides are completed. 3. Ability to pay riders using card, hence, card mode of payment should be available on the App. 4. Ability to share location with family and friends should be made available for safety. Riders should stop adding amount to fares because they don't have change, courtesy demands that you explain to passengers why this occurred.
4 ★The fact that your riders keep declining short distance trips is quite unfair. Started using the app and was fine. No E-payment but it was okay. Until the day a heavily pregnant customer who lived close made an order to help a close friend prepare a cake, no one picked the order until i had to get customer care involved. Props to the customer care section. Very efficient. I love the app but the riders need a re oreintation
1 ★The experience was quite horrible and terrible. I downloaded app and requested for gokada rider . I couldn't get a rider for complete 24hrs and I was desperate to move in lagos traffic congested area. I was even ready to high beyond what they usually charge. More so, I made call to the centre so as to get booking through main office, however I was met with disappointment when the receptionist said I should just change my location. obviously,I did but to no avail.
1 ★I am rating a one star because the only thing I got was a ride. App estimates fares for only the driver, not the rider. You send receipts after trips with no fare. You can't track driver locations, hence they keep you waiting for an hour nonstop, while the driver keeps telling you that he's just 5 mins away. Engaged drivers still appear on the list. Your drivers are very rough and act like they've got 9 lives. Your drivers cheat. Your bikes are terribly uncomfortable
1 ★This is a dumb thing to do. If you want to do something, do it well. Everybody that wrote a review of this app is complaining about the same thing. You'll call more than 5 drivers a multiple times but they won't pick up. When they do, it takes them over an hour to show up when the app is telling you 2mins. You can't track them, you can't tell where the drivers are. Useless. It's better not having it at all. Deleting the app ASAP
1 ★You guys really have a lot of work to do. I was disappointed today to learn that your time off did nothing to improve your service. I took a ride and upon arriving at my destination, the trip for whatever reason wouldn't end. We tried everything and after waiting over 10 minutes I had to pay 500 naira for a trip that ordinarily shouldn' cost more than 300 naira. At the end of the day, my trip had to be cancelled. I'm uninstalling the app after this. Hopefully you are able to sort out your issues
