1 ★This is the worst app to start with if you are in need of urgent delivery. Setting the pick up and delivery address is a nightmare.
1 ★My login details are correct but can't log in I'm still having same issue despite sending message to support I still can't log in my details, I tried to register again it says my number exists, but can't log in Pls help
1 ★The former app was quite complicated, that's why a lot of people don't use it,this is now more complicated. It's possible you lose a lot of customers. I understand you are trying to merge food with regular deliveries but why not stick with what works for you? My advice is that you guys look into the *map suggestion* section. There are similar addresses in lagos,with the former app,one can use the map to do a proper check but with this,there will be a lot of issues. I hope you guys are prepared?
1 ★very massive issue with getting OTP. I noticed that it only flashes for a split second at the top of the screen. and then it's gone and you can't access it later anywhere else. poor design, I wonder how that kind of flaw was allowed in the final app. please let us know the hidden place where we are supposed to see the OTP for sends.
1 ★Gokada, why were you trying to fix what was not broken? The former app worked great. This new app we were forced to download is just useless. It's causing stress and problems that didn't previously exist. The UX is cumbersome and horrible. Worst of all, we can't revert to the former app to escape this horror show and get our deliveries done. What a shame!😤

1 ★Gokada had a perfectly working app and you forced users to download this. Now I can't access the app because your OTP feature doesn't work with airtel numbers. Tried with multiple accounts all using Airtel. Then at least provide us with an email OTP since SMS is not reliable. Nope. The UX team didn't think of such a basic situation. It's frustrating and really annoying. Is the point of an update not to improve user experience? I'm frustrated and I haven't even gotten to the home page yet.
1 ★My experience today is quite disapointing. I should have just booked another company to pick my parcels. Forced to download a new app, all my saved regular addresses gone. To start keying new addresses afresh. The black background is not cool, addresses are difficult to find on this app. Not sure what you set out to do but the former app is better. You all made me disppoint customers today... even a first time customer... a very annoying situation. I am not into food, back to the old app pls.
1 ★New app sucks. Old one was fine. Location selection is horrid. Ordering is unnecessarily elaborate. Messy and clunky
2 ★Please include 'Settings' and then make a provision to either choose the light or dark theme. I don't like the dark theme I'm forced to use.
1 ★I really don't understand the essence of the app switch (maybe because of mapbox switch) Don't be in haste to deploy app without proper review. Let me remind you guy the things missing in this app: 1. Previously saved locations - I can't be entering the same address every time. 2. Transaction history and details 3. How to cancel ride and reason 3. Rider profile page.
1 ★Very poor user experience. The previous app was just fine. 1. Riders can now decline and cancel requests at will, leaving you to start filling in the details of your delivery all over again. Very tedious if its more than one delivery. 2. Takes longer to find a rider. 3. Couldn't find the OTP after a rider accepted.
