1 ★After initial payment it us asking for payment agsin when i tried to reinstall it, this is not good. I paid thru paypal. Please refund me the money immediately.

1 ★Purchased the 2017 pujabarshikis on my phone. Paid via paypal. Did not face any issues. However, when I login from tablet (using same authentication as my phone), it does not show any purchases made by me. There is an option that says "Restore Purchase", but that says "no purchase made". Hard to believe that you need to pay for different devices separately ... even if that is tge case it shud have been called out explicitly

1 ★Pujabarshiki collection purchased from android device are not accessible from ios device...even if you are the same person. Such limitations are disgusting and should be highlighted at the very first place before purchase is attempted. If they are doing this to prevent piracy then they are definitely technologically challenged, as there are various are modes of varifying customer's identity. Imagine my situation that now I will have to try to read all the pages of all these Pujabarshikis in small screen of my mobile and I cannot read those in my IPAD (bigger screen, better readability than mobile) even when I am valid purchaser. Pathetic. Such inconvenience and the charges there off, at US standard, is always disputed and I think everyone experiencing this should do that so that they feel the urge to rectify/upgrade themselves, technologically.
