Primeiramente temos que realçar que esse projeto conta com uma parceria institucional da organização dos Cabo Verde Música Awards, CVMA e da Associação Cabo-verdiana dos Djs, ACDJS e parcerias tecnologicas da RANK CV e da BONAKO (que está neste momento a desenvolver um aplicativo DEEJAY AWARDS para smartphones que as pessoas poderam ter gratuitamente).Pretende-se realizar uma gala para premiar os melhores Djs do ano 2017, a nível nacional e internacional.
A gala de premiação para a primeira edição do Dj Awards vai acontecer no dia 07 de Abril e os vencedores serão eleitos em algumas categorias por votação popular e noutras categorias pelo júri. Já existem comissōes criadas para o efeito a trabalhar desde Novembro 2017. Nessas comissões estão inseridas djs da velha guarda, promotores de eventos, personalidades musicais e apreciadores dessa classe.
