Waste of time. it just says that the internet is unstable but will still load just will take a little bit longer but no, i wasted my almost 1 hour waiting for the app to open. But it didn't open at all.

My order was confirmed 11:30 am and was notified that my delivery is expected by 1:30 pm. The nearest westzone in my place is just 10 minutes away by walk. The delivery was delayed for 1 hour and the delivery guy said it was because of my location. Seriously?! My contact number was in the order, if he has confusion about the address they should have contacted me! Westzone fortune al qusais branch this is very poor service.

Delivering in JVC takes 2hrs before they delivered the groceries.and worst part, i received a notif that it was delivered. -_- Better go shopping than spending and waiting 2hrs fpr them to delivered your groceries.

Excellent service. Only problem is non availability of items listed in app which is sometimes frustrating. Otherwise no complaints.

Quality of service has deteriorated, if possible. Placed an order which is now more than 24 hours delayed. A short message informing me of this would have helped. Earlier problems still persist. 8/10 times I get a call back from the store saying atleast 40% of the items are not available. In store telephone not receptive when customer calls them. Not reliable. What is sent is rotten. Min order has gone from 30 to 50 to 100. When times are tough these guys are screwing you over.

Horrible service. Ordered for the first time through the mobile app. Placed the order at 8:45PM . As per their tracking info it said will be delivered in 1 hour. Till 10:15PM nobody turned up and had to call the supermarket four times and was always given different excuses for the delay. Finally the order is delivered at 11:35PM and the delivery boy had no clue about previous excuses given by the store. First and last ,no more going to order from them .

The app it self is ok. But the service is by far the worst. I made my order 7am and as I write (4:30pm) my order hasn't arrive. No one is answering the phone and email address is not working. I don't think I will be using this service again. Almost 10 hours wait time is no joke, and my order is not that too many either. If it can't be done then at least inform me that. Horrible!

Terrible experience. One item was opened or used and it took time for them take to action. Well they never bothered to replace the item. They are totally and completely not ready to compete with others. There are a lot of online supermarkets that are able and ensure their service meets the customers' expectation. Clearly West Zone is not one of those.

The app needs a lot of work. It's a great concept but it still feels like just that a concept. Ive been using it for about 6months now, purchasing at minimum twice a week and never has my order been 100% what i ordered. Also, not all the items instore are available online. Then there's the notification feature which is non existent in the app but somehow notifications are pushed through. These disappear but the "unread message" stays on the app so I've had to un & reinstall atleast 6times.

Horrible experience.. ordered through the app in the morning. Far late in the evening, even after several calls the delivery never arrived. Every time the answer was the order will arrive in 30 min. Really frustrated with such terrible customer service. They really should not accept orders if they cannot honour it in time. I would NOT even give one star.
