GEMA é o aplicativo de gestão e comunicação do cuidado colaborativo em SaúdeMental.
O GEMA tem como objetivo potencializar o cuidado colaborativo na saúde mental, o matriciamento, através de um canal de comunicação simples e direto entre os profissionais da Atenção Primária e da Saúde Mental.
No aplicativo, cada caso compartilhado entre uma unidade especializada em saúde mental (Ex: CAPS) e uma unidade da Atenção Primária (Ex: Unidade Básica de Saúde) possui um grupo de troca de mensagens que facilita a discussão entre os profissionais.
O compartilhamento de casos (pacientes) entre as equipes de saúde é gerenciado através do Sistema Web. Nele, uma equipe de saúde primária solicita a uma equipe da saúde
mental o apoio matricial para um caso mais complexo. Assim que a equipe
especializada aceita essa solicitação, todos os profissionais das duas equipes formam um grupo privado que possibilita a discussão desse caso.
