1 ★Since update I can not view on either phone . Apple or Android operating system. The unit itself works great

1 ★Need to update, too many issues! My husband has version 3.40 and his works fine. No PTZ, logs right in. BUT I can't update past version 3.31. How do I get the updated version and fix all the problems? I can't have the NON-HD on my tablet.

1 ★I get "No Record" when I open an alert. Opened a ticket with qsee. One tech only wanted to setup me email and get me off the phone. The other checked with his boss and told me it's a known problem and they are working on it. It's been a problem since the last update and does not look like it's being addressed. This was a very expensive purchase that was supposed to provide us some security. Now it's an expensive broken problem. With the other issues I've had I will forever stay clear of qsee products

1 ★Videos don't Auto open when you open the app like they used to. Also, now you can't make it full screen any more. All your cameras are smooshed when you rotate to landscape mode.

3 ★All functionality seems to work well. Playback has drastically improved. Would be nice to have full screen mode back (without top and bottom bar). Version before you could get rid of the bottom bar (auto hide style), version before drastic change though allowed you to view larger screen and also had larger thumbnails due to no header and footer. Was much nicer for viewing your video.

1 ★Just like others have said , the PTZ takes up most of the screen. It's a hassle to even view one camera and impossible to do view more than one at a time. The original apps work great, stop screwing them up.
