4 ★I had the same issue with my upgraded android phone, the app stopped working. There is a new app for the updated android phone, I download it now it works fine.

1 ★we cannot monitor our house, app started disconnecting when we are trying to open it, we paid a lot of money for this cameras And now it useless ! we would love our money back ! probably like everyone one else!

1 ★hate it. never get this thing to work consistently the dvr give up trying to contact customer service can never login remotely from mobile. whats the use of that. just going to take down the entire cam system and toss. go with another proven company

5 ★It works, now. My older 8 cam units soft ware isn't. But, for some reason, there is still support for these. It has been really good.
