Мобильное приложение акимата города Актау Мангистауской области Республики Казахстан, направлено на прием предложений, жалоб и обращений по вопросам деятельности государственных организаций города. В приложении также доступны перечень оказываемых государственных услуг, новости и события города.С помощью приложения граждане имеют возможность отправлять сообщений и жалоб онлайн, прикреплять необходимых файлов, аудио и видео материалов, а также, отслеживать исполнение своего обращения.
Приложение действует в рамках Закона Республики Казахстан от 12 января 2007 года №221-III «О порядке рассмотрения обращений физических и юридических лиц». Обращения, поданные в порядке, установленном настоящим Законом, подлежат обязательному приему, регистрации, учету и рассмотрению. Анонимные обращения, а также, обращения, в которых не изложена суть вопроса не подлежат рассмотрению.
Интерфейс включает поддержку на казахском и русском языках, работает на платформе DEREK, разработанной в ИТ-компании Mediana Services Limited, Актау (support@mediana.kz)
