Baklava is een dessert dat bestaat uit laagjes filodeeg. Tussen deze laagjes zit een mengeling van gemalen walnoot, pistachenoot, hazelnoot, kokos en eventueel amandel. Deze traditionele lekkernij uit Turkije wordt tegenwoordig wereldwijd genuttigd door miljoenen zoetliefhebbers.In 1989 begon het avontuur van Serifoglu om deze smaaksensatie uit Turkije wereldwijd bekende te maken. Men vertrok toen uit de Turkse stad Gaziantep en zet deze reis tegenwoordig voort in Amsterdam.
Momenteel heeft Serifoglu vier vestigingen waar men kan genieten van Turkse ambachtelijke lekkernijen die worden bereid met excellente ingrediënten, uitstekende vakmanschap en uiteraard volgens traditioneel recept.
In onze café of op onze ruime terras kunt u genieten van diverse zoete lekkernijen, heerlijke gebakjes en smaakvolle broodjes met een warme kopje thee of koffie. Daarnaast kunt u ook voor afhaal terecht bij beide winkels en thuis genieten van onze heerlijke lekkernijen.
Bovendien kunt u met vrienden of familie langskomen om te genieten van onze rijke ontbijtbuffet en luxe lunch, dat dagelijks vers wordt geserveerd.
