Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

1 ★This app will make your life better. Here's why: 1: You won't need to worry about being bothered by notifications, because they won't work! 2: You know the meeting that just got rescheduled to a bad time? Well, not for you! 3: After trying to use the email app, you'll just give up and do something else that you'd really rather be doing anyway. 4: You'll have a lot fewer digital distractions from your phone, because it'll be so slow you won't be doing much anyway. (Okay, on a serious note: don't install this on your primary phone. In fact, unless it's absolutely necessary, just stay away entirely.)
1 ★Unable to install app on my android phone, tried all ways to fix the problem.
1 ★A pure ripoff. The app is just rubbish. there is no word how bad it is. Previously, every month or so, I needed to delete and reinstall all apps, which crashed all the time, by the way. I had to get it support, spent a couple of hours on it in total. After a while, I needed to install the bloody thing every day again. Now, I can't access my employer's network anymore. Would like my employer to ditch it.. The developer of this app should be ashamed. You would think they do it on purpose.
1 ★Rubbish at downloading app when resetting is required. Always asking for password to be verified - disappointing
1 ★App works as expected; however, it removes my ability to change my device/lock-screen password. Any time that I attempt to change the device/lock-screen password, the settings app crashes. I have even gotten locked out of my phone entirely, thus causing me to do a factory reset multiple times. I have an LGV30 and version 10.0.0.0.91R (455) installed. Can this please be fixed? I need to use this app for my work email and the device/lock-screen password is required to be changed on a regular schedule.
1 ★This app is not compatible with Android 10. I can read my emails, but I can't reply, forward, or compose new emails. It's either a general MobileIron issue, or an issue with my IT department's back end, for which I still put the blame on MobileIron to make their customers aware of issues and fixes.
1 ★With the latest update, it broke SSL communications for several other normal apps. I now have to choose whether to keep those apps or my work email access. It seems they do little testing on the different configurations an employer can set up. My employer is a HUGE one, it would be nice if they'd specifically test one of their largest customers configurations each time before an update, instead of breaking things for thousands of people.
1 ★Not compatible w/Pixel Droid 10. They claim to be compatible and stay up to date but I have been waiting for to be able to install the new operating system update to my Pixel since it came out. So much for supporting the one operating system that has Droid native to it. My phone has been without the latest security ever since the new operating system update came out. They are unresponsive and do not take this serious. All they care about is iPhone. 3/10/2020 Still no progress or eta for PIXEL!!
1 ★It's unfair to give this app 1/5 stars because it should be 0/5 since my experience isn't just bad, it's unbearable. 1. A security mess with a terrible log-in process 2. You can't copy from an email and paste outside the app 3. Anything you download cannot be shared outside the app, will not be visible in your gallery 4. You cannot copy from outside the app and paste in the app 5. You can't attach any files from your folders How counterintuitive can you be? Complete nightmare.
1 ★Used a previous version due to it having been assigned. One day session decided that my app did not conform to policy. Blocked me out. My IT found no issues but eventuality we resorted to wiping phone and starting fresh. New instance of app is as broken as the previous, for example; fails to load if you use notification to try reading emails for example. Now with a shortcut feature, 2 to 3 new copies of the shortcut some days, 9 is my record for a single weekend.
1 ★Just seeing the avg rating (2.2) from more than 11k reviews should say enough about the quality (or lack thereof) of this app. Like many, I the only reason I use it is because of a corporate mandate for work email. I guess there is a sliver of a "silver lining" ... using their email app is very nostalgic and brings back memories of using AOL 4.0 for email... Well, that is still giving too much credit to the ui/ux of mobile@works email app, as I would consider 4.0 a substantial upgrade.
1 ★Terrible design. Useful items like calendar are hidden, Shows icons for notifications just because it is running. Not just 1, but two icons in limited space for the notifications. While I have not seen the battery issues others are experiencing, I can attest the "out of policy" requiring a reinstall is incredibly annoying. The company help desk gets hits with this every month or so and it prevents them from getting other work done as there are hundreds of people needing to update the profiles. This is made worse by the required installation of apps that are not useful or needed. Docs@work and Web@work being the main extras. So the whole process can take an extra 2-15 minutes just installing things that are not needed nor wanted.
