2 ★Crashes a lot after taking a picture.

5 ★They fixed a lot of bugs and I love this app now

5 ★Works perfectly. Takes 5 minutes or less to do a complete house. Support is excellent.

4 ★Saves a ton of time versus using the website. Best to take data plate images and then import into the app versus taking the pictures within the app. Also best to upload on WiFi if possible unless you have a larger data plan. All in all, very good app.

1 ★I wanted this to work, but with my DROID razr m it just was too complicated. I'd rather take the pictures and submit it later. Trying to enter everything in on my phone wasn't even worth it. update: no luck at all on Moto Photon. RAZR M finally worked after figuring it out. I'm now trying on the S3 and it crashes every time you try to capture a picture. You can take pictures and then load them from the gallery, but it is annoying. This needs to be fixed. Support from developer minimal at best.

1 ★I have continual problems with not being able to add appliances and take pics at my inspections. Constantly freezes and even if I wait until I am back at the office I can't get the appt to finalize. These are the ONLY responses I have received from recall chek when I call for help "uninstall and reinstall app" which I have done multiple times and my favorite from the IT guy..."I have it installed on a droid and it works fine for me". Horrible app that unfortunately I am forced to use.

2 ★Have removed and reinstalled multiple times. Will not download appointments. Funny thing is it used to work. Tech support has no clue what is wrong.
