With the Buildium App you can:

4 ★Good but with a few improvements, it would be great. Connect to Facebook, Evernote, Manilla, Mint and other sites to take it to the next level.

4 ★The most recent update was a huge improvement. The app now works as intended. The only thing I want to be added is an Outstanding Balances section. I know I can go to the individual tenants and see their outstanding balances but it would be nice if there was a section devoted to all outstanding balances.

1 ★I use a galaxy note 3 and when I open the program it is not able to load the data. It tells me to check for a connection, but I have full bars and Internet connection is good. So in short "it doesn't work".

5 ★The Buildium app has become more user friendly. The native android application is impeccable. This will easily help my management team to become more efficient since everything can be done from the buildium app. Keep up the good work Buildium!

1 ★This is the 2nd time I've tried perfect WiFi and tried 4g still will not load my data after log in.worthless to me!
